Application for adopting a cat
Please fill out this form if you would like to adopt a cat from Villikettir.
All adult cats available for adoption have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped – the price for this is 30,000 kr
All kittens have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed and have completed their first two vaccinations. The price for this is 40,000 kr. If a kitten has received its second vaccination, 5,000 kr is added to that amount.
If any problems should arise with a cat you have adopted from us, please let us know. We will try to help and provide advice to the best of our ability. If the cat needs to find a new home due to unforeseen circumstances, it is best for her to go to a friend or family member who she already knows, but if that is not possible, we want to help. However, refunds are not available if a cat is returned to Villikettir.
Please note – Since all our work is done on a volunteer basis, we may not be able to respond to all applications. You are welcome to submit a new application if you would like to remind us. We reserve the right to reject an application if we feel the home is not a good fit for our cats.
The minimum age for adopting a cat from us is 20.
